I put off fixing my teeth for ten years because I was terrified. Dr. Johnson walked me through every step on a 3D scan, and I left with fixed teeth the same day. I can't stop smiling.
Cracked a molar on a Saturday morning, called at 9 and was in the chair by 11. No upsell, a clear price before they started, and no pain. This is my dentist now.
Dr. Ramirez showed me a simulation of my smile before I committed. Fourteen months later it looks exactly like the preview. The monthly payment plan made it easy.
    Priya S. Clear Aligners

Spotless office, friendly front desk, and they billed my PPO directly. The hygienist was the gentlest I've ever had. Booked my kids in for next week.
    David K. Teeth Cleaning
Six veneers with Dr. Liu and they look completely natural. Nobody can tell. He took the time to get the shade exactly right.
All four wisdom teeth out under IV sedation. Didn't feel a thing and recovery was quicker than expected. Only wish there had been an earlier slot.
Lost a front tooth in an accident. The implant and crown look like my own tooth. The whole price was in writing from day one, nothing added later.
Whitening before my wedding. Eight shades lighter in one visit and only a little sensitivity for a day. Great team.

A dentist in Austin for the whole family

Finding a dentist you trust is easier when every kind of care is under one roof. At Your Smile, general dentists, implant surgeons, a prosthodontist and an orthodontist work side by side in South Austin, with offices in Round Rock and San Antonio. Your checkup, your crown and your implant are planned by one team: no referrals across town, no repeated X-rays and no surprises on the bill.

Preventive and family dentistry

Healthy teeth start with a regular dental exam and a professional teeth cleaning every six months. We use low-dose digital X-rays and intraoral cameras, so you see exactly what we see. Cavities are restored with tooth-colored fillings, and modern instruments make root canal treatment feel like a routine filling. Children are welcome from their first tooth in our kids' dentistry program.

Dental implants and All-on-4

Dental implants are the closest thing to natural teeth: a titanium root, a custom abutment and a porcelain crown that will not slip or decay. Every case is planned on a 3D CT scan and placed with a surgical guide. Patients missing most of their teeth can get All-on-4 full-arch implants, often with fixed teeth on the day of surgery. Where bone is thin, bone grafting or a sinus lift makes implants possible.

Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics

Start with professional teeth whitening, or plan a full change with porcelain veneers; we show a digital preview before any tooth is touched. For crowded or gapped teeth, our orthodontist offers clear aligners and braces for teens and adults.

Emergency dentist, same day

Toothache, swelling, a cracked or knocked-out tooth: call our emergency dentist line. We keep time open every day for urgent cases and usually see patients within a few hours.

Insurance, financing and prices

We are in-network with most PPO dental plans and file claims for you. Without insurance, our membership plan covers preventive care for a monthly fee, and 0% APR financing is available for larger treatment. All prices are on our price list and confirmed in writing. Read patient reviews, meet our doctors or book a visit.

Questions and answers

Didn't find your answer? Call (512) 555-0148 or text us. No sales pitch.

Do you accept my dental insurance?

We are in-network with most major PPO plans and file claims for you. We also accept HSA/FSA cards. Send us your plan details and we'll verify your benefits before your first visit, free of charge.

I don't have insurance. How much will my visit cost?

New patients without insurance can book our $79 exam, X-ray and cleaning special. You can also join our Smile Membership for $29/month, which covers preventive care and gives 15% off all treatments. Every price is confirmed in writing before we start.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes. We offer 0% APR financing for up to 24 months on treatment over $1,000, plus longer-term plans for implants and orthodontics. Approval takes a few minutes and doesn't affect your credit score to check.

Can I get a same-day emergency appointment?

Yes. We reserve time every day for emergencies such as severe pain, swelling, broken or knocked-out teeth. Call our emergency line and we'll see you the same day, usually within a few hours.

I'm nervous about the dentist. What can you do to help?

You're not alone. We offer numbing gel before injections, noise-cancelling headphones, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation and IV sedation for longer procedures. We explain every step and you can pause at any time.

How long do dental implants last?

With good home care and regular checkups, the implant itself can last a lifetime. Crowns on implants typically last 15+ years. Our implant treatments include a written warranty.
